Exhibit 6.1 ITAA JOB CATEGORIES

Some of the interesting data that came out of ITAA’s report:

    *     92% of all IT workers work for non-IT companies

    *    Some 80% of all IT workers are employed by small non-IT companies

    *    Candidates with the greatest edge have expertise in at least one or more of these
    top areas: C++, Oracle, SQL, Java, and Windows NT, with some knowledge
    of security an important plus.

ITAA identified five types of positions as most likely to increase:
    *    Network design and administration

    *    Programming and software engineering

    *    Web development

    *    Database development and administration

    *    Tech support
