"Fran Quittel came to our company to help us select and implement an applicant
tracking system, which turned out to be a huge win for our recruitment operation
and a big help in terms of automation for HR overall. Fran has technical, marketing,
recruitment, and implementation skills that cover all areas of recruitment applications
and a sensitivity to using the applicant tracking system as a cross marketing tool.
Working across many levels and divisions within our company, Fran was able to configure
every screen in the system accurately, negotiate between a wide variety of our internal

“Prior to Fran, our organization consisted of three recently-merged companies.
One of the companies already had a resume management application and the
other two companies were just using regular email for managing resumes. Fran
was able to set us up with an application that we could use from multiple sites
to manage the hiring process. In addition, the cost of the application for all of
our sites was less than the cost we were paying for the application that was
previously used by just one of our sites. Fran saved us money instantly and
extended our ability to manage resumes from one site to multiple sites worldwide.
The application worked wonders for us. We are a $100mm company and receive
around 5,000+ resumes per year. By using the fully searchable system that Fran
put in place, we were able to increase the number of hires we made from candidates
